“We are integrating new approaches and relevant cultural considerations for mental health support across all industries”

—Klay rojas

Who We Are

We bring a fresh fusion of Faith and Psychology to deliver a revolutionary mental health experience. We are a team of passionate mental health experts bringing culturally relevant mental wellness interventions to individuals, institutions, and teams across all industries.

What We Do

We educate and train our clients in the area of mental health and wellness. We empower them to support one another and advocate for themselves. We eradicate the culture of stigma and shame around mental health.

How We Do It

We bring mental wellness workshops to you and leave you with a blueprint and follow on training to support you all season, or all year long to see you achieve your goals.

Why We Do It

It is the will of God that, “ Grace and peace be yours in abundance” (2 Pet 1:2). Mental health is the most out of control epidemic in America.
America is in a mental health crisis. We live in a society that has learned to suffer from mental health distress in silence. Whether it’s a cultural barrier, shame or generational trauma, not getting help can be harmful and sometimes deadly. We believe traditional mental health interventions are not working because they lack the key element: God (the One who created us all).
Don’t come to us. We will come to you!
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cites lack of “access to mental health support” as a leading factor in suicides in America.
